Create a Mobile Sales contact. Mobile Sales synchronizes the information with the SAP system.
When creating a Mobile Sales contact:
- If creating a CRM contact, you must associate the contact with an existing account. If the contact is for a new account, create the account before creating the contact.
- After you save the contact, you may see a duplicate entry in the Contacts list during the synchronization process. Once the contact synchronizes successfully with the SAP system, the duplicate entry disappears.
- Once the Mobile Sales contact is synchronized with the SAP system, you can add it to your native contacts list.
- If PIM Auto Mode is On, the Mobile Sales contact is added to your native contacts automatically.
- If PIM Auto Mode is Off, you can manually add it to your native contacts list.
