Activities Menus

The Activities List, Activities Details, and Edit Activity menus provide quick access to the most common tasks for finding and viewing your Mobile Sales activities.

The menu options are listed in alphabetical order. The order in which the options appear depends on the menu type. The Detail and Edit menus are dynamic, based on available details and cursor position.

This table contains the Mobile Sales menu options, not all menu options.

Activities Menu Options (Alphabetical Order)
Menu option	Appears in List or Details menu?	Description
Add to Calendar	List, Details	Adds the Mobile Sales appointment activity to your BlackBerry calendar.
Cancel Changes	Details	Appears when you highlight the error messages. For new objects, the object is deleted. For edits to an existing object, the data is reverted.
Clear Messages	Details	Appears when you highlight the warning messages on the fact sheet.
Edit	List, Details	Opens the Edit `<Activity Type>` window.
Fix It	Details	Appears when you highlight the error messages. This option opens the Edit window, where you can fix the errors.
Go to Date	List	Displays activities for the specified date.
Go to Home	List, Details	Displays the Mobile Sales home screen.
New Activity	List	Opens the New `<Activity Type>` window.
Next Day	List	Displays the next day's activities relative to the day in the header.
Next Week	List	Displays the next week's activities relative to the day in the header.
Options	List, Details	(Activities list screen) Opens the Activity List Options window, where you indicate display options for the Activities List. (Activity Details screen) Opens the Activity Detail Options window, where you indicate the fields that appear for this activity.
Prev Day	List	Displays the previous day's activities relative to the day in the header.
Prev Week	List	Displays the previous week's activities relative to the day in the header.
Today	List	Displays today's activities.
View	List	Displays the fact sheet for the highlighted activity.
View BlackBerry Events	List, Details	Opens the BlackBerry calendar.
View Recent	List	Displays the most recent activities viewed, with the most recent on top.
