Opportunities Menus

The Opportunities List, Opportunity Details, and Edit Opportunity menus provide quick access to the most common tasks for managing your opportunities.

The menu options are listed in alphabetical order. The order in which the options appear depends on the menu type. The Detail and Edit menus are dynamic, based on available details and cursor position.

This table contains the Mobile Sales menu options, not all menu options.

Opportunities Menu Options (Alphabetical Order)
Menu option	Appears in List, Details, or Edit menu?	Description
Cancel Changes	Details	Appears when you highlight the error messages. For new objects, the object is deleted. For edits to an existing object, the data is reverted.
Clear Messages	Details	Appears when you highlight the warning messages on the fact sheet.
Current	List	Scrolls list to display the current opportunities.
Edit	List, Details	Opens the Edit Opportunity window.
Fix It	Details	Appears when you highlight the error messages. This option opens the Edit window, where you can fix the errors.
Future	List	Scrolls list to display future opportunities.
Go to Home	List, Details	Displays the Mobile Sales home screen.
New Opportunity	List	Opens the New Opportunity window.
Options	List, Details	(Opportunities list screen) Opens the Opportunity List Options window, where you indicate display options for the Opportunities list. (Opportunity fact sheet) Opens the Opportunity Detail Options window, where you indicate the fields that appear in the fact sheet.
Past	List	Scrolls list to display past opportunities.
View	List	Displays the fact sheet for the highlighted opportunity.
View Recent	List	Displays the most recent opportunities viewed, with the most recent on top.
