Contact List Options enable you to change the display options for the Contacts list.
| Option | Description |

| Sort By | Shows the contacts alphabetically by last name + first name or first name + last name based on the Display By option. |
| Display By | Indicates the sort order by name in the contacts list: First Name, Last Name or Last Name, First Name. |
| Sort Direction | Ascending or Descending. |
| Show/Hide | Indicates whether to display the account name on the Contacts list screen. If you add a Mobile Sales contact to your native Contacts, it displays the account name. |
