Account Menus

The Account List, Account Details, and Edit Account menus provide quick access to the most common tasks for managing your accounts.

The menu options are listed in alphabetical order. The order in which the options appear depends on the menu type. The Detail and Edit menus are dynamic, based on available details and cursor position. For example, if the account fact sheet does not include an e-mail address, the E-mail <account> menu option does not appear.

This table contains the Mobile Sales menu options, not all menu options.

Account Menu Options (Alphabetical Order)
Menu option	Appears in List, Details, or Edit menu?	Description
Call `<number>`	Details	Places a call to the highlighted phone number.
Cancel Changes	Details	Appears when you highlight the error messages. For new objects, the object is deleted. For edits to an existing object, the data is reverted.
Clear Messages	Details	Appears when you highlight the warning messages on the fact sheet.
Edit	List, Details	Opens the Edit Account window.
E-mail `<account>`	Details	Opens a message to the highlighted e-mail address.
Fix It	Details	Appears when you highlight the error messages. This option opens the Edit window, where you can fix the errors.
Go to Accounts	Details	Displays the Accounts list.
Go to Home	List, Details	Displays the Mobile Sales home screen.
New Account	List	Opens the New Account window.
New Activity	List, Details	Define a new activity associated with the account.
New Lead	List, Details	Define a new lead to associate with the account.
New Opportunity	List, Details	Define a new opportunity to associate with the account.
New Relationship	List, Details	Enter a new contact or copy an existing one. If you select an existing contact, Mobile Sales creates a new contact with the same name by copying the existing contact information.
Options	List, Details, Edit	(Account list screen) Opens the Account List Options window, where you indicate display options for the Accounts list. (Account fact sheet or Edit Account screen) Opens the Account Detail Options window, where you indicate the fields that appear for this account.
Save	Edit	Saves the changes to the account.
SMS`<number>`	Details	Opens a messaging window for the highlighted phone number.
View	List	Displays the fact sheet for the highlighted account.
View Activities	Details	Displays all the activities associated with the account.
View Interactions	Details	Displays the past, current, and future interactions (leads, opportunities, or activities) associated with the account.
View Leads	Details	Displays all the leads associated with the account.
View on Map	List, Details	Displays the highlighted address on a map.
View Opportunities	Details	Displays the past, current, and future opportunties associated with the account.
View Recent	List	Displays the most recent accounts you viewed, with the most recent on top.
View Relationships	Details	Displays all the relationships associated with the account.
View Web Site	Details	Launches the BlackBerry browser and displays the highlighted Web site.
