Once you install the Sybase Mobile Sales for SAP CRM application on your device and connect to the SAP system, you can start the application.
The Mobile Sales application begins synchronizing data with the SAP system. It can take up to 30 minutes or longer to perform the initial synchronization with the SAP system, depending on the data set size for your subscription. A progress bar displays, and you cannot use the application during this initial synchronization period. Once the initial subscription is complete and the progress screen closes, the Mobile Sales home page becomes active and you can use the application.
If you do not see data downloading from the SAP server, view the Sybase Settings log to verify your connection information is correct and that you are connected to the SAP system.
