Device Is Not Connected to Unwired Server
Issue: Device must be cradled or have network connectivity.
Solution 1: Check that the device is connected to Unwired Server:
Start
>
Programs
>
Sybase Settings
.
Select
Menu
>
Show Log
.
Check the log for
Connected to Server
, and look at the timestamp to see if you are currently connected.
Solution 2: Check that device is connected from Unwired Server:
Start Sybase Control Center. See
