No Subscription Found If the device user sees the red alert icon on all list views after receiving data, and the top of the detail views display this warning, the subscription has been removed from Unwired Server. |
In Sybase Control Center, make sure the subscription is available. If not, create another subscription account and tell the device user to try again with the new account information. |

Online lookups for opportunities or leads do not contain any results, and returns this error message. An empty result set also occurs if no records match the search criteria, or the error might be caused because the SAP system timed out. |

Maximum Login Attempts Exceeded! If the device user has tried to log in but has entered the wrong login information and received several Password Is Invalid errors, the device user gets locked out. |
