Configuring an Image to Use With a Value

Configure images to use for values in the mobile business object attribute.

1. In the Image Item configuration dialog, select Value Mapping, then select the attribute to which you want to assign an image.
2. Click Configure.
   Note: At least one mapping must be defined. The same image can be assigned to multiple values if needed.
3. In the Value Mapping dialog:

   Option	Description
   Mobile business object attribute	This is a read-only field.
   Default image	You can choose to display a default image if the value of the mobile business object attribute does not match any specified values. By default, No image is selected. Unselect the check box to enable the image selection.
   Image assignment	This table contains the mapping of values to assigned images. Use the buttons on the right to edit the entries in the table, create new mappings, or delete mappings.

4. Click New to create a new mapping.
5. In the Image Selection dialog:

   Option	Dialog
   Mobile business object attribute	This is a read-only field.
   Value	Enter the value that will be replaced by the image on the device. This value is case sensitive, which means that only a value that exactly matches this string will be replaced during runtime. You can leave this field empty to map the image to empty strings and NULLs.
   Image	Click Search to select an image reference that represents the specified value.

6. Click OK.
7. When you are finished configuring value mappings, click OK.
