Log an incoming or outgoing phone call as a Mobile Sales activity.
If you selected Log Phone Call in Settings, a dialog appears if you dialed an account or a contact phone number. If you select Yes to log the call, Mobile Sales launches the Create Outgoing Call activity screen.

On the home screen, select Activities.

Select Create Activity.

In the
Create Activity screen, select Incoming Call or Outgoing Phone Call, then Next.

Add a Description for the new activity, then select Done.

(Optional) Change when the activity starts or ends.

Indicate the account or contacts associated with this activity.

Select
Save.
Next
You can change the activity status, from the default
Open, once it is saved on the SAP system.
