Log an incoming or outgoing phone call as a Mobile Sales activity.
    
        
        
            If you selected Log Phone Call in Settings, you can also log the phone call as an activity from the call log.
         
        
            - 
                On the home screen, select Activities.
            
 
            
            - 
                Select Create Activity.
            
 
            - 
                In the 
                    Create Activity screen, select Incoming Call or Outgoing Phone Call, then Next.
            
 
            - 
                Add a Description for the new activity, then select Done.
            
 
            - 
                (Optional) Change when the activity starts or ends.
            
 
            - 
                Indicate the account or contacts associated with this activity.
            
 
            
            - 
                Select 
                    Save.
            
 
        
        Next
You can change the activity status, from the default 
Open, once it is saved on the SAP system.
