If needed, you can
delete the Sybase Mobile Sales for SAP CRM application from your device, which removes the application and all Mobile Sales data from the device.
Delete the previous version of the Mobile Sales application before installing a newer version. If applicable, delete the application in your iTunes account.

Unsubscribe from the SAP system.

On the iPhone home screen, hold your finger on the Sybase application icon until it begins to shake or wiggle.

Tap the X in the upper left-hand corner of the application icon.
