Add a new activity to an account or contact, or both.

On the home screen, select Activities.

Tap
Add New Activity
.

In the New Activity
screen, select the activity type.
- Appointment
- Incoming Call
- Incoming E-Mail
- Meeting
- Outgoing E-Mail
- Outgoing Phone Call
- Task
Your SAP system might have more or different choices.

Add a Description for the new activity, then select Done
.

(Optional) Change when the activity starts or ends.

(Optional) Add Notes for this activity.

Indicate the account or contacts associated with this activity.
The main activity partner is on top. The choices you see here depend on the choices in the SAP system. Tap and drag the
Reorder indicator to move a partner to a different position.

You can change the activity status, from the default
Open, once it is saved on the SAP system.
