Cache interval of an MBO now persists across deployments, including deployment in REPLACE mode.
During deployment, if an MBO of the same name already exists in that package then the MBO will have the same cache refresh interval even after the deployment.
Just like the cache refresh interval, association types also persist across redeployments.
