The read only modified rows feature means that Unwired Server reads only the rows that have been modified since the last download.
This speeds up the subsequent download of transactional and reference data from the consolidated database (CDB) because a subset of rows that were modified after the previous download by the device is read, instead of reading all the rows of a mobile business object (MBO) for a given set of playback parameters. No external setting is required for this feature.
