New users typically use Sybase CEP Studio to create, compile, load, start running, or stop running a project.
You can also perform these tasks using command-line utilities, or from inside a program by calling API functions provided by some of the Sybase SDKs.
The following environments provide some or all of the interface functionality needed to deploy applications on Sybase without using Sybase CEP Studio:

Java 1.5 SDK.
Microsoft .NET3 SDK .
C/C++ SDK.
Perl SDK.
Python SDK.
