Setting Up the Environment for Java Adapters

This section provides a list of Java adapters you can use with Sybase CEP.

Adapters that are written in the Java Programming language include:

• JDBC Input Adapter

• JDBC Output Adapter

• JMS Input Adapter

• JMS Output Adapter

• JMS Reliable Adapter (Guaranteed Delivery)

• Java Email Output Adapter

These adapters must have the environment, including the CLASSPATH environment variable, set properly. For more information, see Setting Up Your Environment. The instructions for setting CLASSPATH apply to all out-of-process Java adapters, whether provided by Sybase CEP or written by you.
