You can create a form, document or report
from the Toolbox, Browser, or Model menu.

Use the appropriate tool in the Toolbox.

Select , Documents, or Reports to access the appropriate object list, and click the Add a Row tool.

Right-click the model (or a package) in the Browser, and select
, Document or Report.
