You can assign Parameter sets to projects and jobs.
To open the Parameter Set window, right-click a project or job in the Design window or in the Navigator, and select Parameter Sets.
The Parameter Set window, displays a list of defined parameter sets for the selected project or job.
There are some properties where the values displayed on project design may differ from the values that you must provide in a parameter set. For a list of these properties and their values, see section Special property values.
In the Parameter Set window, click Set | New. The window displays a list of the defined parameters and their current values at the bottom.
Overwrite the current values with the values you want to add.
Click Save.
Enter a name for the parameter set.Click OK.
In the Parameter Set window, choose a parameter set.
Click Set | Open.
Overwrite the current parameters with the new values.
Click Save.
In the Parameter Set window, choose a parameter set.
Click Set | Delete.
In the Parameter Set window, choose a parameter set.
Click Set | Copy.
Name the new parameter set.
Click OK.
Executing a project or job with parameter sets
In the Navigator, right-click a project or job.
Choose Execute Project with Parameter Set or Job Execute with Parameter Set. The Parameter Set window opens with an additional Execute button.
Select a parameter set from the list or add the parameter values for a single execution.
Click Execute. See “Execution Monitor”.
If no stored parameter set is available, the window automatically opens in edit mode. See “Managing jobs and scheduled tasks” for additional information about assigning parameter sets to scheduled projects and jobs.
