Backing Up the Sybase Central Repository File

Before continuing with additional Sybase installations, Sybase recommends that you back up the Sybase Central repository file after installing WorkSpace and the developer edition servers.

  1. Locate and back up this file:

    <installation directory>\DevRuntimes\Shared\Sybase Central 4.3\.scRepository

  2. Verify that the EAServer plug-in is registered. If it is not registered, manually register the plug-in.
