POSIX threads and pthreads Libraries

POSIX threads and pthreads libraries for SDK for SAP ASE 16.0.

SAP® Open Client™ uses POSIX threads. When you use threaded libraries (*_r), link with the pthreads library.

Note: DB-Library™ does not support any type of thread interface.
