Unsupported Datatypes

These datatypes are not supported for Sybase replication.

  • cursor

  • table

  • xml

  • Some Microsoft SQL Server 2008 datatypes

Replication Agent does not support these Microsoft SQL Server 2008 datatypes.

  • date

  • datetime2

  • datetimeoffset

  • filestream

  • geography

  • geometry

  • hierarchyid

  • time

  • Large user-defined datatypes

A table containing columns of these types cannot be marked, even by using pdb_setreptable with the force keyword.
