The name of the primary database.

A valid database name.
You cannot set pds_database_name if pds_tns_connection is
set.
The value of the pds_database_name parameter is the name of the primary database on the primary data server.
Some primary data servers may not support multiple databases
in a single instance of the data server. In that case, the value
of the pds_database_name parameter
should be the name of the data server instance.
