Logging in with a DBA Recovery Account

If the original DBA account password is lost, log in using the DBA recovery account and reset the original DBA account password.

  1. Retrieve the DBA recovery account user name and password from the secure location.
  2. Log in using the recovery account.
  3. Reset the original DBA account password.
