Sybase recommends that
you use the Interactive SQL (dbisql) utility instead of Interactive
SQL Classic (dbisqlc). The Interactive SQL Classic utility may not
be supported in future releases.
The Interactive SQL Classic (dbisqlc) utility is an older Windows-based SQL utility available in Sybase IQ for backwards compatibility. The Interactive SQL Classic utility is called dbisqlc to distinguish it from dbisql.
