The Query Editor tab has these components:
Fully qualify table and column names Select this option to fully qualify table and column names with their owner names when you are constructing queries in the Query Editor.
Quote names Select this option to enclose the names of identifiers in double quotes when you are constructing queries in the Query Editor.
Get list of tables on startup Select this option to populate tables when you open the Query Editor. This is the default. If you are connected to a database with a large number of tables or have a slow communications link, you may want to turn this option off so the Query Editor opens more quickly.
