You can create or delete a procedure using the tools available on the Procedures tab of a publication property sheet.
The Procedures tab contains the following tools:

Add a Row - Creates a new procedure (with the same name and code) for which you have to select a source procedure to enable the creation. |

Add Procedures from Source Database - Opens a selection dialog listing all the procedures not yet selected for the publication from the source database. Select one or more objects in the list, and then click OK to make them procedures for the publication. |
|
Delete - Removes the selected procedure from the publication. |
