Use any of these methods to start Sybase Central:
Select Start | Programs | Sybase | Sybase Central v4.3.
Navigate to %SYBASE%\Shared\Sybase Central 4.3\win32 and run scjview.exe.
Navigate to %SYBASE%\OSWP\bin and run oswplugin.bat.

To view the activities of plug-ins that you register in Sybase Central, select Tools | Log Viewer.
