You can use Sybase Central to explicitly create or delete users from an UltraLite database.
Sybase Central is not compatible with UltraLite Java edition databases.
As an alternative to Sybase Central, you can use the following UltraLite API methods in your application to grant or revoke user access to an UltraLite database:
Grant and revoke methods are not available in the UltraLiteJ API.
Create a new UltraLite user in Sybase CentralConnect to the UltraLite database.
Right-click the Users folder, and click New » User.
Follow the instructions in the wizard.
Delete an existing UltraLite user in Sybase CentralConnect to the UltraLite database.
In the left pane, double-click the Users folder.
Right-click the user and click Delete.
