Use the SQL Anywhere 12 plug-in to connect to the database as a user with DBA authority.

In the left pane, expand the Publications directory.

Click the desired publication.

In the right pane, click the SQL Remote Subscriptions tab.

To manually synchronize subscriptions, click the user in the Subscribers list and click Properties.

Click the Advanced tab. On this tab, click Stop Now to stop subscriptions.

The subscriptions are affected when you click the Stop Now button. Subsequently clicking Cancel on the properties window does not cancel your stop synchronization action.
