This error should be rare. The Relay Server has a limit on the total size of the configuration. The number of Relay Servers in the farm as well as the size of host names contribute to the total list size. Replacing host names with the dotted ip address, or removing domain names from configuration entries, or reducing the number of Relay Servers, can relieve the problem. These changes can be made with a Relay Server configuration update.
