Start task at   Specifies the time when the remote task starts.

Run task between   Specifies a time frame for when the remote task should be run.

Start task on a specific date   Specifies the date when the remote task starts.

Add random delay to start time   Specifies the maximum amount of time that a task should wait before being executed. The execution of the task is delayed by a random number of seconds that does not exceed the specified value.

If the task is a scheduled task, the random delay is chosen once at the first execution and used to offset all of the scheduled times of the task execution.
