The port number on which the MobiLink Listener listens for UDP notifications from the MobiLink server. Notifications are used
to inform the QAnywhere UltraLite Agent that a message is waiting. The UDP port is also used by the QAnywhere UltraLite Agent
to send control commands to the MobiLink Listener.
