You can use Sybase Central to delete external logins that are no longer required.
Prerequisites
You must have DBA authority or be the owner of the external login.

Delete an external loginUse the SQL Anywhere 12 plug-in to connect to the host database.
In the left pane, double-click Remote Servers.
Select the remote server, and in the right pane click the External Logins tab.
Select the external login, and then click Edit » Delete.
Click Yes.
