SQL Anywhere for Windows Mobile does not support the Erase Database Wizard, the DROP DATABASE statement, or the Erase utility (dberase). You must manually erase databases from your Windows Mobile device.
The database must not be running when you erase it.
Tap Start » Programs » File Explorer and navigate to the directory containing the database file that you want to erase.
Tap and hold the database file.
Tap Delete.
Tap Yes to confirm the deletion.
Delete the transaction log file, if one exists.

Place your Windows Mobile device in its cradle and ensure that it connects to the desktop computer via Windows Mobile Device Center (ActiveSync).
Open Windows Explorer on your desktop computer.
Browse to the Windows Mobile directory where the database file is stored.
Right-click the database file and click Delete.
Click Yes.
Delete the transaction log file, if one exists.
