SetParameterString(ul_column_num, const char *, size_t) method

Sets a parameter to a string value.

Syntax

public virtual bool SetParameterString(
    ul_column_num pid,
    const char * value,
    size_t len
)

Parameters

pid The 1-based ordinal of the parameter.
value The string value.
len The length of the string in bytes or UL_NULL_TERMINATED_STRING if the string in null-terminated. SQLE_INVALID_PARAMETER is set if len > 32K. For large strings, call AppendParameterStringChunk instead.
