Open Analysis or Connect to Tracing Database window

This window has the following components:

  • In an analysis created with the Application Profiling Wizard   Select this option to indicate that the profiling information is contained in an analysis file.

  • Analysis file name   Select an analysis file from the dropdown list, or click Browse and navigate to the file. This option is only available if In An Analysis File is selected.

  • Description   Displays the description associated with the selected analysis file. This option only appears if In An Analysis File is selected.

  • User name   The user name required to log in to the database being profiled.

  • Password   The password required to log in to the database being profiled.

  • In a tracing database   Select this option to indicate that the profiling information is contained in a tracing database.
