Task runs on a schedule Specifies that the remote task is triggered by a schedule. Not valid for High priority tasks.
Task runs on receipt Specifies that the remote task is triggered when it is received by an Agent.
High priority Specifies that other remote tasks should not run in parallel with this remote task. High priority tasks cannot be run on a schedule. If a task modifies the schema of the remote database, the task is automatically designated as High priority and you cannot change the Task runs on a schedule, Task runs on receipt, or High priority options.
Status for High priority tasks is always reported as soon as the task completes.
Limit running time Select to limit the amount of time a task can run.
Maximum running time Specifies the maximum amount of time, in seconds, minutes, hours or days, that the task can run before it is terminated.
Limit number of retries Specifies that if the remote task fails, the remote should attempt to rerun task for the specified number of times.
Maximum number of retries Specifies the maximum number of times the remote can attempt to rerun the remote task.
Delay between retries Specifies the amount of time, in seconds, minutes, hours or days, that the remote task should wait between retries.
