Specify alert thresholds

As an administrator you can configure when alerts should be issued. But, you cannot configure what metrics the Monitor collects nor can you configure the default resource, the SQL Anywhere Monitor.

 To configure when alerts should be issued
  1. Log in to the Monitor as an administrator.

  2. Choose Tools » Administration.

  3. Select Resources, and then select a resource from the list.

  4. Click Configure.

  5. Click Alert Thresholds. Edit the thresholds. For definitions of the alerts, see Alert thresholds.

  6. Configure the other settings as required.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Click OK.

  9. Click Close.
