You can change the status of a breakpoint from the Sybase Central right pane or from the Breakpoints window.
Use the SQL Anywhere 12 plug-in to connect to the database as a user with DBA authority.
In the left pane, double-click Procedures & Functions.
Select a procedure.
Choose Mode » Debug.
In the right pane, click the breakpoint indicator to the left of the line you want to edit. The breakpoint changes from active to inactive.

Choose Debug » Breakpoints.
Select the breakpoint and click Edit, Disable or Remove.
