You can delete a dbspace using either Sybase Central or the DROP DBSPACE statement. Before you can delete a dbspace, you must delete all tables and indexes that use the dbspace. You must have DBA authority to delete a dbspace.
To delete a dbspace (Sybase Central)Use the SQL Anywhere 12 plug-in to connect to the database.
Open the Dbspaces folder.
Right-click the dbspace and choose Delete.
To delete a dbspace (SQL)Connect to a database.
Execute a DROP DBSPACE statement.
