Erases an existing database that is already stopped.
bool UltraLite_DatabaseManager_iface::DropDatabase( ULSqlcaBase & sqlca, const ULValue & parms_string )
sqlca The initialized sqlca.
parms_string The database identification parameters.
You cannot erase a running database.
