Creating a custom search scope

Use the following procedure to create a custom search scope in Eclipse. A custom search scope narrows your search to the documents you specify.

To create a custom search scope

  1. On the top left of the Help window, click Search Scope.

  2. Click Search Only The Following Topics.

  3. Click New.

  4. In the List Name field, type a name for your customized search scope.

  5. Expand the SQL Anywhere 11 topic list and select the topics for your customized search scope.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Click OK.

To re-enable searching for all topics or to select alternate customized search scope, click Search Scope and select Search All Topics or select a customized search scope from the list.
