The MobiLink server uses this event during processing of the upload to handle rows inserted into the remote database.

Following is an INSERT statement used in an upload_insert script.

INSERT INTO emp ( emp_id, emp_name )
VALUES ( { ml r.emp_id }, { ml r.emp_name } );
