Use this statement to drop a login policy.

Syntax

DROP LOGIN POLICY policy-name

Remarks

The statement fails if you drop a policy that is assigned to a user. You cannot drop the root login policy. Use the ALTER USER statement to change a user's policy assignment. See ALTER USER statement.

Permissions

Must have DBA authority.
