Blank padding enumeration

Used in the a_create_db structure, to specify the value of blank_pad.

Syntax 
enum {
    NO_BLANK_PADDING,
    BLANK_PADDING
};
Parameters
Value Description
NO_BLANK_PADDING Does not use blank padding.
BLANK_PADDING Uses blank padding.
