You can use dsedit to edit DCE entries.
The [DIRECTORY] section in the libtcl.cfg file is not configured correctly. Each entry in this section configures the directory driver for the directory service that is shown in the Select Directory Service menu. See “Adding a directory driver” for instructions on how to configure the driver for a directory service.
