Embedded SQL version 11.1 and later is completely ANSI SQL-89-compliant. Therefore, it is compatible with other precompilers that conform to ANSI-89 standards.
To run programs created for version 11.1and earlier
precompilers, you must precompile them again with the system 11
and later precompiler and make changes, if necessary. For details,
see “Backward compatibility”.
