M-Business Server caches HTML pages that it retrieves from your channels’ Web sites. If you clear the channel cache, M-Business Server will refresh all of your channel content at your next synchronization. For example, you might want to clear the channel cache if you are having problems during a synchronization and you want to ensure that you retrieve the latest pages.

During each synchronization, M-Business Server compares the date of the pages in its cache with the date of the pages on the remote site, retrieving only pages that have been updated. Having a channel cache saves time during the synchronization, because M-Business Server does not have to wait to retrieve cached pages.
