You cannot delete a client upgrade rule if upgrades under that are still pending.
Log in to M-Business Server.
In the navigation panel, choose Server » Client Upgrade » List Rules.
If you can tell from the summary information displayed that you have located the correct client upgrade rule you want to delete:
Click Delete for the rule on the right end.
Confirm the deletion.
Click OK to complete the process.
If you need more information on a client upgrade rule before deleting, click the link in the Rule Name column for the rule.
After verifying the rule details, click Delete.
